This message can also show up as, "QuickBooks Reconnect error: OAuth Token rejected."

Solution: 

This happens if your credentials have changed. You can correct this by following Admin > [Policy Name] > Connections > Sync Now. In the pop-up window,  click Reconnect and enter your current QuickBooks Online credentials.

If you are connecting with new credentials, you will receive this message: 


If you select to Connect anyway, you will need to reconfigure your settings, re-select categories and tags you want enabled. We recommend taking a screenshot of how you are configured beforehand, to reset the connection with how you had it previously.
