You are not an admin on your client's current Expensify Policy. 

Solution:

1. Instruct your client to sign into Expensify.com, go to the Admin page, and select their existing policy.

2. After clicking into their policy, have your client go to the People section and select "invite". If your email address is already shown in the People section, disregard this step.

3. Your client can now make you an admin by selecting the gear associated with your email address.

4. Active Your Client at the QuickBooks Online Accountant discounted rate!
